2 October 2026 — Screen sharing in Direct Video
Once you have joined the call, the bar next to the board shows Mute, Camera, and Share. Share opens the browser picker: a window, a whole screen, or a browser tab.
The other participants see that share large, above the board. You keep the board, with a bar to stop sharing. On a phone, the control is the screen icon.
2 October 2026 — Join without a webcam
A participant who opens the invitation link on a computer with no camera still enters the meeting. The same happens if the browser blocks the camera. They can listen, and speak when a microphone is available. They appear without video.
On a phone, Join asks for the camera and the microphone in that same tap. When the phone has a front camera, it stays visible.
1 October 2026 — Summaries you can paste
The summary page opens with plain text, ready to copy into an email. Headings follow the language of the meeting. Sections with nothing in them, such as an empty Decisions block, are left out.
29 September 2026 — Team facilitators
On the Team plan, the people you invite share your transcript quota. Each facilitator keeps their own login and their own boards. Someone who only joins a meeting with the link still needs no account, and does not take a seat.
