What's new in Punkto, 9 October 2026 — Open actions by webhook

A summary webhook can now add each open action to the signed POST. The transcript, the summary text, and the audio stay in Punkto. A US web service is a US destination.

On the dashboard, under Webhooks, summary.ready already sends a signed POST when a summary is ready. The body carries the link to the summary page. The notes themselves are not in that POST.

Since 9 October 2026, that webhook can also include the open actions. The box is Include open actions in summary.ready. It stays off until you tick it. Each open action goes out as its wording, its assignee, and done. Finished actions stay out. The transcript, the summary text, and the audio are not sent.

The page names Zapier, Make, n8n, and Pipedream. If the URL is Trello, Asana, Notion, Linear, Jira, or another US web service, the decisions, names, and dates in the POST leave Punkto for that provider. A US web service is a US destination.

The n8n example on that page uses a production URL of the form https://n8n.example.com/webhook/punkto-summary. The next step reads the summary link from the body. The page still asks the facilitator to sign in. The write-up stays in Punkto.
