Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans anytime?▾
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of your current billing period. Stripe Customer Portal handles both — accessible from your dashboard.
What happens to my recordings if I downgrade?▾
Existing transcripts and AI summaries stay accessible. The new plan's monthly quota applies going forward. We never delete past data on downgrade.
Do you really not store audio?▾
Correct. Audio is sent to our transcription engine in memory and discarded immediately after the transcript is generated. Only the transcript text and AI summary are persisted in our database, scoped to your account.
How does Team flat pricing work?▾
€29/month covers up to 15 facilitator accounts in your workspace. Participants who join sessions via link don't need accounts and don't count. No per-seat upcharge.
What if I exceed my monthly transcript quota?▾
Recording is paused for the rest of the month. Boards, votes, chat and action items still work — only AI transcript & summary stop. Quota resets on the 1st. Upgrade anytime to continue.
Is there a refund policy?▾
Cancel anytime from the Stripe portal. We don't pro-rate partial months, but you keep access until the end of your current period. Contact us for genuine billing issues — we're reasonable.
